American Airlines Cargo has appointed Danny Robbeson as Director, Head of Cargo Global Accounts, placing him in charge of the airline’s global accounts sales team and its relationships with key strategic customers around the world.
Robbeson joins the role with experience spanning both the airline and freight forwarding industries. He also brings a background in leadership and team development, which will support his responsibilities as American Airlines Cargo continues to develop its global commercial activities.
His focus will include building and executing strategies for global accounts, deepening engagement with strategic customers and supporting commercial growth across American Airlines Cargo’s international customer portfolio.
The appointment comes as the carrier continues to place an emphasis on customer-focused solutions and services throughout its global network.

Robbeson will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and will report directly to Indy Bolina, Head of Global Sales at American Airlines Cargo.
Bolina welcomed Robbeson to the company’s commercial leadership team, highlighting his industry experience, customer-focused approach and leadership background.

American Airlines Cargo operates daily cargo services linking major destinations across the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia.
The carrier offers a range of cargo products and specialised handling capabilities designed to accommodate a broad mix of shipments. These include pharmaceuticals, perishables and e-commerce goods, moving across one of the world’s largest passenger networks.
With Robbeson taking responsibility for the global accounts organisation, American Airlines Cargo is adding further leadership focus to the strategic customer relationships and commercial activities supporting its worldwide cargo operation.
