Kale Logistics Solutions and Tech Mahindra have announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation across the global logistics sector, particularly in ports and airports.

The collaboration combines Kale Logistics’ experience in developing cargo community systems with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in digital engineering and large-scale technology transformation.

Together, the companies plan to deploy integrated digital platforms designed to streamline end-to-end cargo operations and improve visibility across complex logistics networks.

The joint initiative focuses on enabling paperless cargo processes, advanced data analytics and AI-driven operational tools that can help logistics stakeholders improve efficiency, regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.

The solutions are expected to benefit a wide range of industry participants, including shippers, freight forwarders, terminal operators, ground handlers and airport authorities.

According to Vineet Malhotra, Co-Founder and Director of Kale Logistics Solutions, the partnership represents a significant step forward for the digitalization of global trade.

By combining Kale’s expertise in SaaS-based logistics platforms with Tech Mahindra’s consulting and engineering capabilities, the companies aim to develop next-generation solutions capable of simplifying cargo operations and improving real-time decision-making.

Tech Mahindra brings nearly two decades of experience in logistics technology services, working with major global operators and numerous Fortune 500 companies.

For Sampath Saagi, Head of Diverse Industry Verticals Group in the Americas at Tech Mahindra, the future of logistics will depend on deeper collaboration and data-driven automation across supply chains.

The partnership is designed to create an integrated digital ecosystem where data flows seamlessly between stakeholders, enabling more predictable operations and unlocking additional capacity across ports and airports.

Ultimately, the companies expect the initiative to reduce logistics costs, improve cargo movement speed and deliver a better operational experience across the entire logistics value chain.
