Allstates WorldCargo has announced the acquisition of ELITeXPO, a move that deepens its presence in the tradeshow logistics sector and adds a specialist provider with decades of experience in complex, time-sensitive exhibition support.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Allstates WorldCargo’s position in a market where timing, coordination and execution are especially critical. ELITeXPO will continue to operate as a dedicated tradeshow logistics organisation, with no disruption to customer operations, while contributing additional expertise and capability to the wider Allstates platform.
Kendra Tanner, president and chief executive of Allstates WorldCargo, said the acquisition was a natural extension of the company’s existing strategy in the tradeshow segment.
She said ELITeXPO’s team brings decades of hands-on experience in a demanding vertical, and that combining this knowledge with Allstates WorldCargo’s nationwide network and established tradeshow infrastructure would strengthen the company’s ability to deliver reliable and coordinated solutions across the full tradeshow lifecycle.
David Mihalik, founder of ELITeXPO, said Allstates WorldCargo represented the right long-term home for the business. Since founding ELITeXPO nearly 40 years ago, he said the company’s focus has remained on execution, reliability and customer care in an industry where those qualities are essential. He added that Allstates understands the complexity of tradeshow logistics and that together the two organisations will be able to deliver even stronger end-to-end capabilities for customers, partners and employees.
The transaction reflects Allstates WorldCargo’s continued investment in specialised verticals where precision, responsiveness and operational control are central to customer success.
