The third edition of transport logistic Southeast Asia and air cargo Southeast Asia will now take place from October 25 to 27, 2027, after organisers moved the event to better align with the Diwali period across key regional markets.
MMI Asia Pte Ltd said the show had originally been scheduled for October 27 to 29, 2027, but was rescheduled in recognition of the festival period and the business continuity needs of exhibitors, partners and stakeholders operating across Southeast Asia and beyond.
The event has established itself as a major meeting point for logistics and air cargo stakeholders serving the region, bringing together providers, shippers, policymakers, freight specialists and technology players focused on the demands of both regional and international supply chains. Organisers position the show as a central marketplace for businesses involved in trade flows across air, sea and land, underlining Southeast Asia’s increasingly strategic place in the global logistics system.
The revised 2027 schedule follows the strong performance of the 2025 edition, which concluded with its highest participation levels to date. More than 8,100 attendees from 92 countries took part, alongside 120 exhibitors representing 27 markets. National pavilions from Singapore, Germany, China and Taiwan were also present.
The 2025 edition also gathered senior executives, public-sector representatives and innovators from across multimodal logistics, airfreight and supply chain technology. In total, the conference programme featured 152 speakers and 76 sessions addressing topics such as digitalisation, sustainability, multimodal infrastructure, trade innovation and market outlooks.
Michael Wilton, CEO and Managing Director of Messe München International Asia Pte Ltd, said moving the event dates would allow the organisers to better accommodate regional business realities. He added that the next edition would again aim to serve as Southeast Asia’s leading platform for global logistics and air cargo leaders, with supply chains spanning manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, life sciences, aerospace and energy.
