WCAworld has announced a major evolution of one of the industry’s longest-running events, with the SINO Conference officially rebranded as the WCAworld China International Logistics Conference.
The 22nd edition of the event will take place in Shanghai from 20 to 23 June 2026, marking a new phase in its development after more than two decades as a key meeting point for logistics professionals focused on China.
The rebranding reflects WCAworld’s ambition to broaden the event’s international appeal while maintaining a strong focus on China. As the organisation behind the world’s largest freight forwarding conference network, WCAworld aims to align this event with its global standards in terms of structure, quality and networking opportunities.
At the same time, the conference will continue to highlight China’s central role in global supply chains, offering new opportunities for Chinese logistics companies to connect with international partners, and for global forwarders to establish reliable partnerships within the Chinese market.
The long-standing partnership with the China International Freight Forwarders Association remains a key pillar of the event, ensuring strong local engagement and industry alignment.
Importantly, the event remains open to the entire logistics industry, without requiring WCAworld membership, making it one of the few large-scale, high-quality networking platforms in China accessible to all.
The conference will continue to focus on structured one-on-one meetings, high-level networking and long-term partnership development — elements that have become hallmarks of WCAworld events.
WCAworld CEO Dan March said the organisation is not simply changing the name but raising the overall standard of the event by bringing in more relevant partners, particularly from China, while maintaining the consistency and experience expected from its global conferences.
Chairman David Yokeum added that the transformation is designed to sustain the momentum built over the past twenty years and drive even more partnerships across the logistics industry.
