ECS Group has begun providing general sales and service agent support for My Freighter across several European markets, strengthening the carrier’s commercial presence in the region.
Since January, ECS Group has launched operations for My Freighter in France, the Netherlands and Belgium through its Globe Air Cargo subsidiary.
The partnership comes as Uzbekistan-based My Freighter continues expanding its network through important European gateways including Liège, Maastricht, Basel, Tallinn and Paris Charles de Gaulle. These routes connect directly to the airline’s Tashkent hub, with onward access to Central Asia, including Almaty.
Jean Ceccaldi, Chief Executive of ECS Group, said the company had activated several European markets within weeks and had already generated tangible commercial momentum.
My Freighter’s network is strongly supported by e-commerce volumes from China, transported mainly on its fleet of Boeing 767-300 freighters.
The airline also carries cargo in the bellyhold of its A320 passenger network, which serves destinations including Istanbul, Dubai World Central, Delhi and Bangkok.
My Freighter has also continued to expand its freighter fleet. On 17 April, the airline took delivery of a Boeing 767-300BDSF registered UK67022.
Its current fleet now includes nine Boeing 767 freighters, most of them converted aircraft, as well as one Boeing 757-200 freighter added in March last year.
