B&H Worldwide has appointed Matt Silverberg as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, marking a new chapter for the specialist aerospace logistics provider.
Silverberg succeeds Stuart Allen, who moves into the role of Chairman & Board Advisor after 13 years as CEO. Based in the United States, Silverberg will oversee B&H Worldwide’s global operations and strategic growth, while Allen will remain closely involved in the company’s long-term direction from Singapore.
The leadership transition comes as the aerospace industry faces growing demand for faster, more resilient and technology-enabled supply chains. Expanding aircraft fleets and rising maintenance activity are increasing the need for specialist logistics services capable of moving critical components quickly and reliably.
Experienced logistics leader
Silverberg brings extensive executive experience across time-critical logistics, supply chain management and professional services.
Throughout his career, he has held senior positions including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, leading both high-growth companies and international organisations. His experience includes driving organic revenue growth, executing strategic acquisitions, managing transformation programmes and developing international teams.
Silverberg said B&H Worldwide’s customer-focused culture and specialist aerospace expertise were key factors behind his decision to join the company.
He plans to build on the organisation’s existing foundations by investing in innovation, expanding international capabilities and strengthening the value delivered to customers and partners.
Allen remains involved in long-term strategy
After more than a decade at the helm, Stuart Allen will continue working closely with Silverberg and the executive leadership team as Chairman.
During his 13 years as CEO, Allen helped guide B&H Worldwide through a period of significant growth and transformation. He said Silverberg’s international leadership experience and commercial background make him well positioned to lead the company through its next stage of development.
Allen will continue supporting the implementation of the company’s long-term strategy while contributing his experience to major growth initiatives.
Expanding aerospace logistics capabilities

Its specialist services include Aircraft on Ground (AOG) logistics, time-critical transportation, aerospace warehousing, inventory management, aircraft engine logistics, onboard courier services and supply chain management.
The company is now looking to build on this platform as demand increases for resilient aerospace supply chains.
With Silverberg leading global operations and Allen continuing as Chairman, B&H Worldwide aims to expand its international footprint, strengthen its specialist capabilities and further develop technology-enabled logistics solutions for the global aviation sector.
