On January 7, 2025, DB Schenker officially launched a new air cargo route connecting Ezhou Huahu International Airport in China to Frankfurt, Germany. This strategic initiative aims to strengthen trade ties between China and Europe while addressing the growing demand for air freight capacity.

  • Aircraft: Operated by Etihad Cargo using a Boeing 777 freighter.
  • Schedule: Weekly departures from Ezhou every Tuesday, with a stopover in Abu Dhabi, arriving in Frankfurt on Wednesday.
