March 21, 2025 – In a strategic move to reinforce its market presence and operational efficiency, KlasJet has confirmed an extended partnership with Sundor by EL AL Group, securing a two-year leasing agreement for Boeing 737-800 aircraft. This deal, set to commence in April 2025, signifies a major milestone in their ongoing collaboration, which first launched in May 2024.

Strengthening Operational Capacity Amid Growing Demand

The aviation industry has been facing increasing pressure due to surging travel demand, fluctuating fuel prices, and global capacity constraints. By extending this agreement, KlasJet is reinforcing its role as a key ACMI service provider, ensuring Sundor by EL AL Group can efficiently scale its operations to meet peak travel requirements.

Speaking on this renewed commitment, Justinas Bulka, CEO of KlasJet, emphasized the strategic benefits:

“This partnership extension reflects our unwavering dedication to supporting Sundor by EL AL Group in their operational expansion. Our focus is on delivering consistent, high-quality ACMI solutions, enabling our partners to enhance their efficiency and service reliability. We are excited to continue this collaboration with a trusted aviation leader.”

Echoing this sentiment, Gal Gershon, CEO of Sundor by EL AL Group, highlighted the mutual confidence that led to this agreement:

“KlasJet has proven to be a dependable and professional ACMI provider. Their consistent performance and operational excellence make this extended contract a logical next step in our growth strategy. With this agreement, we can confidently address increased travel demand while maintaining our high standards of service.”

KlasJet’s Expanding Fleet and Industry Presence

KlasJet, a leader in ACMI leasing and VIP aviation services, operates a diverse fleet of 14 aircraft, offering seating configurations for both premium clientele (10 to 68 seats) and commercial leasing operations (186 to 189 passengers).

As a subsidiary of the Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest ACMI provider with a fleet of 221 aircraft, KlasJet benefits from an extensive range of aviation services, including pilot training, ground handling, and specialized airline support solutions.

Why This Agreement Matters for the Global Aviation Market

The extension of this agreement is more than just a business deal; it reflects a larger trend in the aviation sector. Airlines worldwide are increasingly relying on flexible ACMI leasing solutions to manage fluctuating capacity needs, reduce costs, and navigate an unpredictable travel landscape.

With the 2025 travel season projected to see record-breaking passenger numbers, strategic partnerships like this will play a critical role in stabilizing airline operations and ensuring reliability for travelers.

Looking Ahead: A Strengthened Future for KlasJet and Sundor by EL AL Group

This renewed partnership positions both companies for sustained success in the coming years. By leveraging advanced fleet solutions and innovative operational strategies, KlasJet and Sundor by EL AL Group are setting a new benchmark for efficiency and collaboration in the ACMI leasing market.
