Nominations Open for the 2025 Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award

The Women In Trucking Association (WIT), in partnership with Truckstop and the Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), has officially opened nominations for the prestigious 2025 Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award. This annual honor recognizes outstanding women who have made significant contributions to the logistics and trucking industries.

Celebrating Women in Logistics

This award highlights the leadership, innovation, and achievements of women across logistics sectors, including freight brokerage, third-party logistics, supply chain management, and more. It aims to showcase the incredible talent driving the industry forward.

Jennifer Hedrick, President and CEO of WIT, emphasized the award’s importance:
“This award celebrates women who are shaping the future of logistics through their dedication, creativity, and leadership. We encourage everyone to nominate inspiring women who set the standard for excellence in our industry.”

Nomination Details

  • Eligibility: Women working in logistics, including freight brokerage, third-party logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Deadline: February 12, 2025.
  • Submission: Nominations can be submitted via the Women In Trucking Association’s website.

Award Presentation

The winner will be announced during the TIA 2025 Capital Ideas Conference, scheduled for April 11 in San Antonio, Texas. The event will bring together industry leaders to celebrate this milestone achievement.
