Parata Air enters the Chinese market with new Shenzhen–Incheon route
The South Korean carrier launches its first scheduled service to China using Airbus A330 aircraft, introducing four weekly flights and additional belly-hold cargo capacity between South China and South Korea from November 9.

Parata Air (WE) is extending its presence in the Asian aviation market with the launch of a new scheduled connection between Shenzhen and Incheon. The route marks the airline’s first scheduled gateway in China and introduces additional air cargo capacity between southern China and South Korea.
Operated with Airbus A330 aircraft, the service will run four times a week, providing belly-hold capacity for freight moving along one of Asia’s busiest air cargo corridors.
The outbound flight, WE854, departs Shenzhen at 03:30 and arrives at Incheon at 08:05 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The return service, WE853, connects Incheon with Shenzhen.
Operations begin with the first departure from Incheon on November 9, followed by the inaugural departure from Shenzhen on November 10.
A new air cargo connection between South China and Korea
The flight schedule is designed to provide a direct overnight connection between the Pearl River Delta and the South Korean market. With departures during the night and arrivals in Korea in the morning, the service offers shippers a same-day air transport link in both directions.
The additional cargo capacity is expected to accommodate a range of shipments, particularly electronics, fashion products, automotive components and general cargo moving between the two markets.
Parata Air expands its regional cargo presence
Based in South Korea, Parata Air operates scheduled passenger flights and is seeking to expand its cargo footprint through the freight capacity available in its aircraft belly holds.
The Shenzhen–Incheon connection represents its first scheduled entry into the Chinese market. Through this new route, the airline is positioning itself for further development on a major Asian air freight trade.
Extrans Air has been appointed Cargo General Sales Agent (GSA) for Parata Air in Shenzhen, supporting the carrier's cargo operations in the Chinese market.
