Tive, the global leader in supply chain visibility technology, today announced a new partnership with Phalanx Logistics Solutions, a premier third-party logistics provider (3PL), highlighting how Tive’s real-time shipment tracking capabilities enhance cargo security for Phalanx’s diverse clientele across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

“In today’s landscape, cargo theft poses a significant challenge, costing businesses millions annually and threatening the integrity of supply chains worldwide,” said Krenar Komoni, CEO and founder of Tive. “Our real-time tracking solution empowers companies shipping high-value goods to take proactive measures, reduce risks, and ensure complete end-to-end shipment visibility. Together, we are setting a new standard of reliability in the logistics industry.”

Prior to 2023, Phalanx relied on conventional freight tracking methods such as check calls, spreadsheets, emails, ELD, and cellphone data to monitor customer shipments. However, a high-value cargo theft incident in the fall of 2023 underscored the limitations of these traditional approaches, prompting the need for a more sophisticated and reliable technology solution.

Tive’s cloud-based visibility platform, coupled with its industry-leading trackers featuring GPS, cellular, and WiFi tracking capabilities, provided an effective solution to these challenges. This ensured continuous real-time monitoring of Phalanx’s shipments, offering secure management from origin to destination.

For Phalanx, the decision to adopt Tive’s technology was crucial to enhancing the security and reliability of its transportation services. “Choosing Tive was a strategic decision for us as we sought to enhance the security and reliability of our transportation services,” said Dylan Morris, General Manager at Phalanx. “Tive’s tracking technology not only allows us to closely monitor our shipments but also reinforces our commitment to our customers, assuring them that their high-value goods are always in safe hands.”

As theft and fraud remain persistent threats to the supply chain industry, brokers and shippers are increasingly turning to innovative solutions. Real-time shipment tracking solutions like Tive enable stakeholders to proactively address issues and ensure cargo security throughout the transportation process.
