The The International Air Cargo Association is preparing to host Air Cargo Forum (ACF) 2026, its flagship industry event, from October 26 to 29, 2026, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

The four-day conference and exhibition is expected to attract more than 4,000 air cargo professionals from over 80 countries, bringing together representatives from every segment of the global air cargo supply chain. More than 150 exhibitors will showcase the latest technologies, products and services designed to improve freight operations and international trade.

Organized around TIACA’s mission of uniting the air cargo industry, the event will welcome airlines, airports, freight forwarders, ground handlers, logistics providers, technology companies, equipment manufacturers, shippers, government agencies and industry associations.

This year’s theme, “The Future Won’t Wait – Act Faster. Move Smarter. Lead Louder.”, reflects the industry’s focus on accelerating innovation, strengthening collaboration and preparing supply chains for evolving global trade demands.

Glyn Hughes said the air cargo industry is evolving faster than ever, making collaboration essential. “The Air Cargo Forum is not simply about talking about the future of our industry, it’s about helping to shape it, and encouraging organizations to embrace innovation and forge stronger partnerships,” he said.

Roos Bakker added that the event provides a platform where businesses can strengthen relationships, exchange ideas and work together on the challenges and opportunities facing global air cargo.

The conference program will feature executive roundtables, keynote presentations, customer panels and interactive discussions covering a wide range of industry topics, including:

Artificial intelligence and digital transformation
Global economic and air cargo market outlook
Executive leadership and strategic planning
Customer expectations
Sustainability and ESG initiatives
E-commerce and cross-border trade
Regional market developments
Freighter fleets and aircraft innovation
Industry partnerships
Start-up innovation and emerging technologies

In addition to the conference sessions and exhibition, ACF 2026 will offer several networking activities designed to encourage collaboration in a more informal setting. These include the Etihad Cargo Golf Cup, Yoga on the Green, Pickleball, the Cargo Crawl, and the Connecting Cargo Reception.

Miami was selected as the host city because of its strategic role as one of the world’s leading international air cargo gateways, providing strong connectivity between the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Registration is now open for Air Cargo Forum 2026 and organizers expect it to be one of the biggest annual events for the global air cargo and logistics community.
