Turkish Cargo has renewed its corporate website as part of its broader digital transformation strategy, aiming to simplify air cargo planning and improve the customer experience.

The new platform brings shipment planning and operational processes into a single digital environment, offering a faster and more functional experience through a refined interface and mobile-compatible infrastructure.

Developed by Turkish Technology, the technology subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, the website allows shippers to manage a wide range of processes from one platform, from pre-booking to map-based cargo tracking.

An interactive world map gives users visibility over Turkish Cargo’s global flight network and served destinations. Advanced filters allow shippers to evaluate connection alternatives directly, while product and equipment options for different cargo types are presented together with comparative tools.

This structure enables customers to build shipment plans within a single flow, identifying how and where cargo can be transported in the most suitable way.

The platform is continuously updated according to user needs, providing greater predictability in planning and decision-making.

Ali Türk, Chief Cargo Officer of Turkish Airlines, said Turkish Cargo aims to build a digital ecosystem that transforms not only planning and booking processes, but the entire operational mindset from end to end.

He said the renewed website provides customers with speed, reliability and accessibility, while making air cargo processes more integrated, transparent and predictable for industry partners.

The website also makes Turkish Cargo’s global network and operational capabilities more visible, helping users make faster and better-informed shipping decisions.

A dedicated “How to Send My Cargo” page offers an experiential guide to the full air cargo process. Users can enter shipment details and follow the transportation process step by step, from planning to shipment.

At the end of the process, Turkish Cargo’s global sales offices and authorised agents take over for the actual shipment transaction.

The website also includes a fleet and equipment section, enabling shippers to identify appropriate solutions and submit requests directly. The AI-powered digital assistant, Cargy, further improves navigation by helping users access relevant content more quickly.

Through the renewed platform, Turkish Cargo aims to make planning and decision-making simpler, more predictable and more controlled, bringing its air cargo capabilities more fully into the digital environment.
