Silk Way West Airlines signs digital partnership with CargoAiSilk Way West Airlines has teamed up with CargoAi to make it easier for customers to access its cargo services online.

The deal was signed during Air Cargo China 2026 in Shanghai and is focused on bringing more of the airline’s operations into a digital environment that freight forwarders already use.

At first, the integration will mainly improve rate visibility, allowing users to quickly see pricing and available capacity across Silk Way West Airlines’ network. Over time, the system is expected to move toward full online booking, making it possible to confirm shipments directly through the platform.

The goal is to reduce back-and-forth communication and make the booking process faster and more straightforward, especially for regular freight users.

Silk Way West Airlines, based in Baku, operates a fleet of widebody freighters connecting major markets across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. The airline says this partnership is part of its effort to make its network easier to access globally.

Overall, the move reflects a wider trend in air cargo, where more airlines are shifting toward digital tools to simplify pricing, booking and communication between carriers and freight forwarders.
