February 27, 2025 – In a major step forward for South America’s air cargo industry, Kale Logistics Solutions has successfully launched the continent’s first Airport Cargo Community System (ACS). This cutting-edge digital platform is designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration among all airport cargo stakeholders, marking a pivotal shift towards digital transformation in the region.

Revolutionizing Air Cargo Operations

The ACS platform introduces real-time tracking, digital documentation, and process automation, significantly reducing manual errors and accelerating cargo processing. By integrating airlines, freight forwarders, customs authorities, and ground handlers onto a unified system, the solution aims to optimize cargo flow and streamline end-to-end logistics operations.

Amar More, CEO of Kale Logistics Solutions, emphasized the transformative impact of the ACS:

“South America’s air cargo industry has immense potential, but it has long faced challenges in operational efficiency. Our ACS will bridge these gaps, delivering faster processing times, reduced costs, and greater transparency for all stakeholders.”

Expanding Digitalization in the Americas

The launch of South America’s first ACS aligns with Kale Logistics’ broader strategy to expand its presence in the Americas. In early 2024, the company appointed industry leaders Maureen Kam and Camilo Navarro to drive growth in North and South America, focusing on integrating digital cargo solutions across the region.

As part of its expansion, Kale Logistics aims to introduce ACS solutions at multiple airports, ensuring the benefits of enhanced visibility, streamlined customs clearance, and automated cargo handling reach a wider network of logistics players.

Pioneering a Digital Future for Air Cargo

The introduction of this first-of-its-kind digital ecosystem in South America represents a significant milestone for the aviation and logistics industry. By leveraging advanced technologies, stakeholders can now increase operational efficiency, lower costs, and enhance supply chain resilience in an increasingly competitive global market.

As air cargo volumes continue to rise, embracing digital solutions like ACS will be key to maintaining growth and meeting evolving customer expectations.
