AIT Worldwide Logistics Strengthens Leadership Team to Drive Strategic Growth

AIT Worldwide Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions, has announced key executive appointments to align with its five-year strategic growth plan. Ray Fennelly has been named Chief Development Officer (CDO), and Ann Nemphos has been appointed as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

Ray Fennelly – Chief Development Officer

With a 30-year tenure at AIT, Fennelly has held various leadership roles, most recently serving as CIO. In his new position as CDO, he will focus on acquisition activities, including identifying and vetting potential targets, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and supporting the integration of acquired companies. Fennelly will continue to oversee AIT’s global compliance, marketing, and sustainability teams, reporting directly to Chairman and CEO Vaughn Moore.

Ann Nemphos – Chief Information Officer

Nemphos brings decades of experience leading information technology teams at multinational corporations. Since joining AIT as Chief Technology Officer in 2024, she has made significant contributions to the company’s technology initiatives. As CIO, Nemphos will continue to evolve the structure and focus of AIT’s IT groups to support organizational growth, guiding her team to deliver quality technology solutions that benefit both teammates and customers. She will report to Fennelly in her new role.

Vaughn Moore, Chairman and CEO of AIT, expressed confidence in the new appointments:
