Gnosis Freight has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Gary M. Adams, a former senior executive at Walmart, to its board of directors.
Adams brings more than 30 years of experience, including serving as head of global logistics at Walmart, where he played a key role in transforming supply chain operations into a technology-driven competitive advantage.
During his tenure, he oversaw both international expansion and major domestic logistics operations, helping modernize supplier integration and improve network efficiency.
Gnosis Freight, which develops an AI-native freight operating system, aims to provide real-time visibility across supply chains by bridging the gap between planning systems and physical execution.
The company said Adams’ expertise will support its growth as customers face increasing complexity driven by geopolitical disruptions and operational volatility.
Adams highlighted one of the industry’s core challenges: the delay between when data becomes available and when decisions must be made. He said Gnosis’ platform addresses this gap by turning real-time data into actionable insights before costs are locked in.
