WSP Canada has announced two senior leadership appointments aimed at supporting the company’s continued growth and strengthening its transportation and infrastructure business across the country.

David Sauvé has joined the engineering and professional services firm as Executive Vice-President, Transportation and Infrastructure, Canada, while Corina Moore has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Moore will officially assume her new role on Aug. 17.

Sauvé to lead transportation and infrastructure business

As Executive Vice-President, Sauvé will oversee WSP Canada’s transportation and infrastructure operations, working with teams nationwide to support project delivery and business development. He succeeds Corina Moore, who is transitioning into her new growth-focused leadership position.

Marie-Claude Dumas, President of WSP Canada, said Sauvé brings extensive experience managing complex transportation and infrastructure programs across North America.

She described him as a respected leader known for combining strong operational leadership with a commitment to client service and project delivery excellence. According to Dumas, his experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and contributing to major infrastructure projects will strengthen WSP Canada’s transportation and infrastructure business.

Throughout his career, Sauvé has played a significant role in advancing alternative project delivery models, supporting major infrastructure investments and leading strategic growth initiatives.

Commenting on his appointment, Sauvé said he is pleased to join WSP at a time when reliable transportation networks and resilient infrastructure are becoming increasingly important for Canadian communities.

He added that he looks forward to working with teams across the country to support clients, deliver impactful projects and continue building strong, engaged and future-ready teams.

Moore to lead national growth strategy

As Chief Growth Officer, Corina Moore will be responsible for aligning WSP Canada’s sector, regional and client-focused growth initiatives into a more integrated national strategy.

According to Dumas, the new position will play a central role in shaping the company’s long-term growth agenda by bringing together expertise from across the organization into a connected ecosystem that better serves clients and partners.

Moore said she is excited to take on the new role at what she described as a pivotal time for WSP Canada.

She noted that the company’s greatest opportunity lies in connecting its technical expertise with the evolving needs of clients and communities across the country. Moore added that she looks forward to working across WSP’s teams to develop a unified growth strategy that strengthens the company’s impact from coast to coast to coast.

The leadership changes reflect WSP Canada’s continued focus on expanding its transportation and infrastructure capabilities while building a more coordinated approach to business growth and client engagement across its national operations.
