- Initial Flight: The first freighter flight to Ben Gurion International Airport was led by senior executives, including Stephanie Pöhn-Helbig, Head of Middle East, Africa, South Asia & CIS, and Captain Matthias Lehmann, Head of Transport Management & Flight Operations. They were welcomed by Shaul Grimberg, Head of Sales and Handling Israel, along with the local team.
- Flight Schedule: Beginning February 2, 2025, Lufthansa Cargo will operate five weekly freighter flights to Tel Aviv, employing both Boeing 777F and Airbus A321F aircraft to meet diverse cargo demands.
Passenger Services:
In addition to cargo operations, the passenger airlines of the Lufthansa Group are set to resume flights to Tel Aviv from February 1, 2025, further enhancing connectivity to the region.
