Air cargo charter platform Aerios has partnered with Wiremind Cargo to integrate the Skypallet ULD and pallet optimization tool into its carrier app.
The integration is designed to help charter sales teams identify loadability issues at the point of quotation, including whether cargo can physically fit on the aircraft.
Aerios said loadability checks are often handled manually or by separate commercial and loadmaster teams. This can delay quotations by hours or even days, particularly in time-critical markets where speed directly affects win rates.
By combining Skypallet with Aerios tools such as packing list extraction, the system can determine how many items can be loaded, flag size constraints, and warn of density or weight exceedances.
Sales teams will also be able to download full load plans showing pallet positions, ULD types, and whether multiple aircraft rotations may be required.
Both Aerios and Wiremind Cargo are part of the CargoTech investor group. The partnership follows another Aerios integration announced earlier this year with CargoAi, which added real-time rate and capacity data to its charter quoting tool.
