Network Aviation Group has appointed Hendrik Falk as its new Vice President of the Americas, bolstering its leadership team as it grows its footprint across the region. Falk will be based at the group’s Atlanta office, taking over from Paul Umpleby who is due to retire at the end of 2026.
Falk brings more than three decades of international leadership experience to the global air cargo and aviation sectors. He has held senior positions in Europe, Asia and the Americas with major industry players such as Lufthansa Cargo, Polar Air Cargo, World Airways, AirBridgeCargo, Swiss WorldCargo and Chapman Freeborn.

His expertise includes airlines, aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance (ACMI) providers and charter brokerage. The blend of operational and commercial experience is expected to help Network Aviation Group with its continued growth across the Americas.
“We are delighted to welcome Falk to the Network Aviation Group,” said Jonathan Clark, CEO of Network Aviation Group. “Falk brings with him extensive industry knowledge which will be a great asset to the organisation. His experience in airlines, ACMI providers and charter brokerage would be a major asset as the group pursue their regional growth ambitions, he said.
